    Customers can place orders through the website. Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms.

    3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
    All prices are inclusive of VAT and displayed in EUR and PLN. Available payment methods: credit card (Stripe), bank transfer, and cash on delivery.

    4. DELIVERY
    Deliveries are made through courier services and parcel lockers. Delivery costs are indicated during checkout.

    5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
    Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the order.

    6. COMPLAINTS

    Complaints about defective products should be submitted by email with a description and a photo. The decision about acceptance of the complaint will be sent back within 14 days. Address for returns:
