Has my order been shipped yet?

We usually ship orders within 1–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Didn’t receive the email? Please check your SPAM/Junk folder. If it’s not there – contact us.

I want to return a product – how do I do it?

You have 14 days to return your order from the delivery date.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

I entered the wrong delivery address – can I change it?

Yes – if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible, no later than 24 hours after placing the order.

Once the package is sent, we cannot change the address.

I ordered multiple items but only received one – why?

Some products may ship separately from different warehouses.

Don’t worry – the rest of your order is already on its way.

I need to cancel or change my order – how?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately.

Once the package is sent, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

My order hasn’t arrived yet – can you help?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of shipping, contact us.

We will verify the issue and either refund you or send a replacement.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email – what should I do?

We send your tracking info via email once the order is shipped.

If you didn’t receive it, just message us – we’ll update it for you manually.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email you can contact us for an update on your tracking.
